At MOSCOT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear; if you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on domestic orders within 10 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Frames

  Securely place the eyewear in its original MOSCOT case and packaging, ensuring all cleaning cloths and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our NYC lab inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
